VP Brands International is the largest vinegar producer in Bulgaria

VP Brands International has successfully acquired the largest producer of natural and organic vinegar in our country - "VEDA" OOD. The deal was approved by Republic of Bulgaria’s Commission for the Protection of Competition and the contract was officially signed at the end of the week.

"VEDA" was founded nearly 30 years ago and owns a production facility in Dolni Dabnik, 15 km from Pleven. The company produces wine, apple, honey, balsamic, organic and synthetic vinegar and is the market leader in volume and value in the category with successful exports in Europe as well. With the acquisition, VP Brands International becomes the leader in yet another niche market and becomes the largest vinegar producer in our country, which is further evidence of the strategic expansion of the business and the sustainable investment policy even challenging times.
